How to register

In order to register you must fill and submit the on-line registration form below.

With this form, you can also, if you wish, book your hotel room (see the item Accommodation on the left for hotel information).

The last section allows you to choose the payment method you prefer.

The travel agency Beta Viagens e Turismo Lda. will deal with payment of the registration fee, payment of conference banquet, booking and payment of accommodation, if required, and payment of lunch for accompanying persons.

The fees are as follows:

Registration fee:
- Before May 31:
  - ILAS members: 120 euros
  - non-ILAS members: 130 euros
  - Graduate students: 90 euros
- After May 31:
  - ILAS members: 150 euros
  - non-ILAS members: 150 euros
  - Graduate students: 120 euros
Meals:
- The registration fee includes lunch (a full meal) in the 4 conference days. Vegetarian menus will be available. Participants with special needs please contact the local organizers .
- For the accompanying persons, it is possible to have lunch with the conference participants. The fee is 30 euros for the 4 lunches.
- The fee for the conference banquet (for participants or accompanying persons) is 35 euros per person. A vegetarian menu will be available.

For the payment, you have two options:

Order a bank transfer specifying that it is your payment for this Conference. This must be done in such a way that it is free of charge for the receiver . The details may depend on your country and/or bank:
