SUPERMARINE SPITFIRE Mk 12 to 14

56" Wingspan (clipped) / 64" Mk 14
Engine .80 4-stroke, 75 - 1.08 2-stroke
Weight 8.5-9 lbs.
Scale 1:6.5 -- can be flown from any club field

** This superb kit features an accurate glass-fibre fuselage

** Engine cowling to same spec, large enough to accommodate a 4-stroke engine,
   with only a minimum exposed.

** The wings which faithfully reproduce Mitchell's elliptical plane form, come
as three finished veneered foam panels, i.e. centre section and 2 outer
   panels.

** Servo boxes, cable runs, wheel wells, are all precut. Wooden components
comprise of wing-joining spars, retract ribs and mounting plates and balsa
for built-up elevators and rudder, plus light ply fuselage formers.

** Hardware pack, i.e. linkages, etc. Spinner, comprehensive drawings,
   instructions and marking details.

** Flying: The prototype flew at 8.5 lbs with LAZER .80. This aircraft
offers viceless relaxed flying, with positive aerobatics and a low speed
stall due to the good wing loading and three degree washout.

** Makes an excellent introduction to our Large Spitfire as construction is
   identical.
