There are a number of hotels which offer special rates for the participants. To book a room (with the prices indicated below), please use the registration form.

Please book your accommodation as soon as possible, as it can be difficult to find a hotel in Coimbra in July.

Cancellation policy (for the Conference hotels)
If a paid reservation is cancelled before July 2, it will be reimbursed in full. After that date, one night will be charged.
