Europa Readme

Here is my addition to the shareware/freeware plans concept.

Europa is a scaled down version of the RCM  "POLE STAR". It was originally
intended to be electric powered but currently (no pun intended) has an OS25SF
up front. Electric conversion would be extremely easy. The plan was drawn on
the Macintosh using MiniCAD 5 and exported as .DXF so that PC (spit spit :-)
users using AutoCAD and suchlike can import it. The plan is 1:1 scale and is
METRIC ie all dimensions in millimetres (I can count easier in tens than
twelves :-). The plan probably has some errors, although I believe it to be

(Editorial: Beware of the arrows, there seems to be something wrong with them.
Take them away or correct them. We have to live with this until
a new version is uploaded.)
