My research interests are in numerical analysis and computational mathematics, including modeling and the development and analysis of numerical methods for partial differential equations and integro-differential equations. My research focuses on theory an applications namely problems in biomathematics, engineering, geosciences and medical imaging. Activities I am the Director of Gazeta de Matemática. I am a Board Member of PT-MATHS-IN.
