My current research focuses on a recent subject area, the field of Combinatorial Commutative Algebra. In my work I use techniques from Algebraic Geometry and Commutative Algebra to compute combinatorial invariants of graphs -- computer aided computations, often come into play.

Older research topics are included in the field of Surfaces of General Type, and the field of Linear Codes.
