Data download

Here you can download the geomagnetic observations of Observatório Geofísico e Astronómico da Universidade de Coimbra's (IAGA code COI). To download COI's observations please proceed through the following steps:

  1. Choose desired data type, selecting one of the following data formats:
   • "Original files" - raw geomagnetic data files as generated by the data logger
   • "IAGA2002 format" - raw geomagnetic observations in IAGA 2002 data exchange format
   • "Calibrated data" - preliminary data calibration using a linear interpolation of the baseline defined here
  2. Define the time interval of your desired data, selecting a Start and End Date:
   "Start Date" should be posterior to 31/08/2021 and prior to "End date"
   Afterwards click "Filter"
  3. Choose the desired data files from the list or use the "Select All" option to download all files available.
  4. Initiate Download, clicking the "Download Selected Files" button to commence the download process.
