Attendance at this workshop is free, however all participants are asked to register by email.

There will be a buffet dinner on the 14th and a dinner on the 15th (restaurant TBA).

• name
• affiliation
• which days you are attending
• will you attend the buffet on the 14th and/or the dinner on the 15th?
