| Abstract: |
The program is part of a broad Portuguese Government sponsored long-term partnership between CMU and several Portuguese universities (www.icti.cmu.edu) with the goal of stimulating collaborative research and fostering scientific and technological skills at the highest levels. The scientific areas spanned by the ICTI include information processing and networks, critical infrastructure and risk assessment, applied mathematics, innovation and policy.
