The temporal profiles and energy spectra of the several solar flares observed by "AVS-F" apparatus, based on the CsI(Tl) scintillation detector 200 mm diameter and 100 mm height, fully surrounded by plastic anticoincidence shield onboard "CORONAS-F" satellite, operated from 31.07.2001 up to 06.12.2005 are discussed. The energy spectra of these solar flares contain nuclear lines, positron line and neutrons capture line. Thin structure with characteristic timescales of 30-90 sec in the energy bands corresponding observed spectral features is found on flares temporal profiles. The results presented are confirmed by periodogram analysis on 99% confidence level. The similar thin structure was detected earlier by RHESSI in the energy band of 3-25 keV.
